Any schedule changes/cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice of your reserved lesson will incur a $15.00 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of your reserved lesson, however, we would be happy to reschedule the lesson (if possible) for a $30.00 administration fee per lesson.

RENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER

The damage waiver is $5.00 and covers accidental damage to the equipment that may occur while skiing or riding. It does not cover negligence, theft or loss of equipment. Those who decline the damage waiver agree to pay the full value of any repairs or replacement costs. Ski locks are recommended and can be purchased from several of our retail outlets.
