MOUNTAIN CARD - RFID

Each ticket holder will be required to purchase a Mountain Card for $5.00 (available during your purchase process). This card can be reloaded for all subsequent visits.

WINTER 2024-25 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR DAY TICKETS

As a standard policy, Sun Peaks Resort lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, there are modifications to this policy in specific circumstances. The following cancellation/refund policy will be in place for day tickets:

1. If all lifts are closed for purchased dates, guests will receive a full refund.

2. If guests are affected by government imposed travel restrictions (by government order), a full refund will be provided. This applies to orders restricting travel of the general population and does not apply to any individual cases of restricted travel. 

3. If guests are unable to travel for any other reason, our standard policy applies (tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable).

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All prices are quoted per person. Rates are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to all prices. Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating. Age category is based on age at the period of time you will be visiting. Fraudulent use of this pass/ticket will result in a $250 fine and suspension of lift privileges. Although tot tickets are free, all children must have a lift pass on their person while skiing.
