RENTAL DETAILS

Pick up is available from 9:30am, return by 7:00pm. Any returns after 7:00pm will incur a $15 + tax late fee. Additional protection and accessories are available to add-on in store.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The damage waiver covers accidental damage to the bike that may occur while riding. It does not cover negligence or theft. Those who decline the damage waiver agree to pay the full value of any replacement parts and all required labour (based on an $90/hour rate). The damage waiver is highly recommended as these costs typically exceed $25 (i.e. a single spoke replacement costs $30).

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservation changes/cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be honoured. Please call Elevation for assistance, 250.578.5555.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation.

• No refunds for missed reservations.

A credit card will be required at the time of pick up. All products are non-transferable and non-refundable even if the rental is never used or picked-up. Rental purchases expire at the end of the designated time frame of the reservation, whether the rental is used or not. All prices are quoted per person. Rates are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to all prices. Dates and prices may be subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. We do not guarantee trail conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating. Age category is based on age at the period of time you will be visiting.
